FOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT : All support requirements should please be raised through our online support portal, support.westbase.io (please note, you will be required to create an account the first time you use this service). Getting to our office
By Car
Leave the M4 at J23A. Exit onto the B4245 and take the 1st left onto Magor Road. At the roundabout take the 3rd exit and re-join the B4245, continue straight for approximately 5 miles. Turn right at the roundabout onto Caldicot Road, 1st right onto Pill Way, 1st left onto Lodge Way.
By Train
The nearest train station is Caldicot, which is just 1.5 miles away or 5 minutes by car. Walking from the train station takes approximately 30 minutes. An alternative train station relatively nearby is Severn Tunnel Junction whilst a little further away is Chepstow.
By Plane
The nearest airport is Bristol International Airport, which is located approximately 45 to 50 minutes away by car. Alternatively there is also Cardiff International Airport which is just a little further afield and is approximately 60 to 70 minutes away by car.
